When booking online please ensure you are booking the correct treatment. If you require removal of nail products make sure you include this in your booking. All nail art needs to be booked in advance if you wish to add this to your service. If your booking is incorrect your treatment will not be possible.
Please ensure that you have allowed enough time in your day for your appointment to allow us enough time to complete the treatment.
All clients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking to allow for card capture, Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up, lateness of more than 15 minutes is charged as a no show.
If you are running late please let us know, in some circumstances a shortened service may be possible, in this case the booked service will still be charged.
To secure your bridal booking, a 50% deposit is required upfront. This deposit covers administrative costs associated with reserving your date. If the booking is within two weeks, full payment is due upfront. Additionally, all trials must be paid for in advance. The remaining 50% of the total fee is due two weeks prior to the booked date. Please note that the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable after the two-week mark before the booking date. This policy compensates for the reservation of our services and associated planning. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the initial 50% deposit.
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated to us at least two weeks before the booking date. Cancellations made after this point will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit. To ensure a relaxing and professional environment for all our clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointments alone. Please do not bring pets, children, friends, or family members with you unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon with the salon.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase both online and within the salon. Gift vouchers have a 6 month expiry date on them from the date of purchase and are redeemable against products and services within the salon.
Expired gift vouchers will not be honoured, but can be extended for an additional month for an additional 10% of the voucher value.
Please note anyone under the age of 16 requires a signed consent from a parent or guardian before any treatment can go ahead.
Anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian when having a treatment in the salon.
Please note we are unable to carry out Gel Polish nail services on anyone under the age of 14. We do not carry out Lash or Brow Tinting, Lash Extensions or Lash Lifting Treatments on anyone under the age of 16.
Payment can be made using Cash, Apple Pay or Debit/Credit cards including American Express,.

Patch testing is required when booking a lash/brow lifting/lamination or tinting treatment for the first time, or if has been 6 months since you last had the treatment, also if there have been any changes to your medical history. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to let the therapist know about any medical changes. Patch testing is not required for lash extensions.
